A food distributor’s route plan often determines what delivery days are available to a customer. Depending on a customer’s location, delivery might be an option 7 days per week, 3 days per week, or only 1 day per week.
During the Pepper onboarding process, our clients can specify which delivery days are available for each customer.
Customers’ available delivery days are then marked as selectable as Delivery Date options on their personalized online ordering experience, while the remaining days are unselectable. This ensures that your customers are only placing delivery orders for days that are actually serviceable.
