Pepper’s platform supports the integration of existing back-office ordering systems to become the all-in-one online ordering solution for food distributors. With the development of Pepper EDI, orders coming in through existing channels can be automatically sent through Pepper’s app and be displayed within the customer’s order history and directly transmitted to the food distributor’s ERP.
This means that the Pepper app can be built on top of existing online ordering channels – customers ordering with existing solutions can continue ordering through those providers without any disruption. Customers not yet leveraging online ordering capabilities can be brought onto the Pepper app – and orders from all channels will flow through to the food distributor’s ERP.
