In this edition: Content Hub, sales rep vacation coverage, invoice emails, and viewing draft orders before cutoff

Introducing Content Hub
Your content management tools are finally in a single centralized portal - Content Hub brings all of the tools available to manage your item library into one place and lets you maintain and upgrade your catalog:
- Matching: Content Hub links each of your products to the same product in the content library, weighing signals like GTIN, item name, and description to find the closest fit. Confident matches apply on their own, and the rest come to you with a confidence score for how sure the match is. Accept or reject each one, or search the library and match an item yourself.
- AI images: generate an image for a product that has none, regenerate to compare options, or enhance one of your own photos by straightening it, removing the background, and sharpening it.
- Display Preferences: decide which source fills each field. Lead with your own catalog data and fall back to the Content Library, or give the Content Library priority.
- Product editing: correct a name, fill in nutrition or allergens, swap an image, upload a spec sheet. Your edits take priority over both matched content and your ERP data, and a source indicator on each field shows where the current value comes from.
- Bulk operations: select a group of products and apply the same change to all of them at once instead of working item by item.

Content Hub is being rolled out to all storefront, sales hub, and order agent customers this week. To enable Content Hub for any non-admin users, contact your Pepper account team.
Cover For Reps Without Moving Their Accounts
Hand off a book without handing over the account

Covering for reps on vacation has historically meant reassigning accounts in the ERP - Temporary Account Assignment now allows accounts to be transferred to a different DSR for a limited time, entirely in Pepper. Simply pick the rep going out, the person covering, and set an end date. The covering rep works those accounts alongside their own, places and manages orders, and gets the notifications. Nothing else in the customer base opens up.
- The account doesn’t change hands permanently. The rep on leave stays the rep of record and keeps full access, so there is nothing to move back when they return.
- Plans stay flexible. Schedule coverage weeks ahead, start it immediately after a morning phone call, extend it, or end it early.
- Coverage leaves a record. Past assignments stay searchable, so who covered an account six weeks ago comes from a list rather than memory.
Availability
Temporary Account Assignment is available for all storefront plans. Contact your Pepper account team to turn it on for your team.
Invoice Emails For Customers
For customers that need downloadable invoices in their inbox

A new per-customer toggle, Email invoice on update, sends an invoice email when the invoice is first generated and again whenever the data changes, including changes that land after delivery. The email always links to the latest invoice PDF and only sends when something has actually changed, so customers stay current without getting duplicate notices.
Invoice emails for payments-enabled distributors now carry both a Make Payment and a View Invoice button, so a customer can open the PDF or pay from the same email.
Availability
Available to Finance Hub customers. Set the toggle per customer in PMC, or contact your Pepper account team to turn it on across your book.
Send Pay by Link to Multiple Customers at Once
Accessible through the Unpaid Invoices tab, the Bulk actions tab contains a Send pay by Link option. Select individual customers (or select all), and each one gets a secure payment link by email and SMS, whichever contact method they have on file.

View Orders Customers Forgot to Place

Sales The Orders tab now filters by Drafts, Placed, and Fulfilled, with an optional date range. Drafts covers orders started in Storefront and on the order entry page alike, so a rep can catch a stalled cart before cutoff. Reps can open an order entry draft directly from the list.
Pro tip: An hour before cutoff, have reps go through all of the drafts that customers forgot to place. No more scrambling at the last minute!
Availability
Available to distributors with the Orders tab in sales hub enabled.
See What Your Growth Agent Campaigns Are Earning

Growth Agent campaigns now have a home in the Sales Rep Portal. DSRs, DSMs, and executive teams can see active, upcoming, and past campaigns in one view, with progress against each campaign's incremental case goal and spiff dollars earned to date. Distributors don't need a Sales Hub subscription to get access.
- Ranked lead lists. Every operator opportunity scored 0–100 from white space and conversion analysis, so DSRs know who to call first.
- Live results. Which operator bought, how many cases, and the spiff earned — updated as orders come in.
- In-program item list. The exact spiff on every SKU in the campaign, from $5 to $15 depending on the brand.
- Brand contacts. Field sales and broker rep names and numbers, so a DSR can get samples sent or book a ride-along without hunting for a name.
- Leaderboard and earnings. Team-wide DSR standings, plus running campaign and all-time spiff totals for each rep.
Availability
Available to any distributor with Growth Agent. Reach out to learn more.
Find the Customers That Can’t Currently Pay

A new filter on the Unpaid Invoices tab narrows the list to customers with no payment method on file. That is the segment worth working first, since a payment method on file is what unlocks autopay, Pay by Link, and bulk pay. The filter button shows a badge while it is active, and clearing it restores the full view.
Pair the two: filter to the customers you cannot charge, select all, and send Pay by Link in one action.
Availability
Bulk Pay-by-link and customer payment filter are available for all finance hub customers
